What do you truly want in life and what do you feel is getting in the way of fulfilling your deepest desires? Here, on this plane of existence we can get bogged down by external elements, past experiences, or other people’s expectations that dictate our path, but the internal yearnings still call to us like a small voice asking for more. Your emotions, your body, your experiences within relationships, work environments, and family dynamics are all pieces of the puzzle designed to guide you toward discovering your truest self. Together, we can get to know your aspects that are hurting, helpless, or lonely and nurture and integrate them.

Have you felt the call to free your inner muse or heal your inner child through creative exploration? Working with art, movement, or sound, we can allow your imaginative side to flourish, shaping a new reality. Do you find grief overtaking your daily existence? By designing rituals, we can find tangible ways to honor those who have been significant in your life. Perhaps you desire intimacy but have difficulty trusting. I can assist you in finding meaningful connections through nature, meditation, and by healing attachment wounds. Maybe you are reliving heavy memories through hypervigilance, overreactions, dissociation, or isolation. We can approach the tenderness of trauma through EMDR, and you will be able to develop new emotional regulation tools to manage stress and big emotions.

For me, life has been a winding path that has led in many directions. I have in inner fire that demanded to be fed and stoked; as a result, I followed my feelings and dreams more than society’s expectations, and I became a wandering artist who performed and taught belly dance, aerial arts, and pole dance while singing with smutty jazz bands and contemplating the deeper meaning of existence. I utilized the expansive properties of drawing and painting to heal an eating disorder, and I turned to a therapist who used EMDR to help me gain and sustain recovery from addiction. I meditate, make weird art, and create characters who express parts of my personality and emotions that have tried to destroy me in the past. I am also a personal trainer who focuses on deep flexibility, handstands, dance, and general fitness. My most recent interest is outdoor trad climbing, which has been a wonderful way to connect with nature and soothe my nervous system.

I look forward to walking with you on the path of discovery. Through the transformative cocoon of therapy, I want to empower you to experience more pleasure in life because these bodies are amazing tools, designed for pure bliss. I believe in you. You can do more than just survive. You can heal and live fully in the presence of who you truly are.
