I am a sex and relationship therapist who enjoys working with all genders, sexualities, relationship structures, and kink identities. I have unique training focused on people diagnosed with cancer and those living with genital and pelvic pain. In my practice, I utilize a variety of tools including attachment-based, psychodynamic, and narrative therapies. I am a graduate of The Developmental Model of Couples Therapy Training at The Couples Institute. I see individuals, couples, triads, and polycules, as well as close friends and platonic life partners. My therapy practice is rooted in an open and caring exploration of all the expressions of intimacy that exist between people.

My therapeutic style is warm, attuned, deliberate, and always interwoven with a healthy sense of humor. I bring a calm presence that is curious and open-minded. My strength is helping to uncover your story and asking questions that encourage self knowledge and reflection. Ultimately, you are the expert of your own experience and I am here to meet you where you are and accompany you.

Before completing my formal social work training, I worked at a sex-positive sex toy boutique, as an abortion doula, and as a sex educator at Planned Parenthood. I also hold a masters in Human Sexuality Education from Widener University in Pennsylvania. These paths brought me to therapy, where my goal is to support you along your journey through the joys and complexities of sexuality, relationships, and personal discovery.
