Whether you are working through building resiliency in the aftermath of trauma, discovering deeper aspects of your identity, navigating burnout and compassion fatigue, or in need of a space to verbally process uncertainty, anger, or fear, I will strive to provide a compassionate and inquisitive foundation for you to develop and achieve your counseling goals.

My relationship with my clients is collaborative because even though you may not feel this way right now, you are a deep pool of knowledge and insight surrounding your experiences and I am here to hold curiosity and reflection in order to facilitate a deeper exploration of whatever we decide is important.

Imagine we are walking deep underground, the cavern walls are made up of all of your experiences, beliefs, thoughts, behaviors, feelings. Each step you have taken in life, each choice you have made, each external influence beyond your control: the connections of these things weave like spiderwebs for miles in this dark place. I am not the expert on the ecology of this cavern, I am not the expert on your life. Instead, I am like a guide, here to share in holding the flashlight we will use to explore the complex webs woven from your experiences. We can work together to find clarity and to discover your values, desires, needs, boundaries, identities, skills, and resources. Whether you have just started creating the map of your mental wellness or you have many roads and rivers already drawn, we will continue to identify and develop the intersecting and life giving landscapes of your existence.
